Shipping

What shipping and processing options are available?

Most products are shipped within 5-7 business days of when the order is first placed. Items sent directly from the supplier usually takes two to three weeks.

At this time Juniper Honey offers a flat-rate standard shipping on all items. This is to help keep costs controlled so that customers can order more for less! This means that customers can order an unlimited number of items for a single flat rate.

When will my package arrive?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to arrive at their destination.

How can I track my package?

Once an order has been submitted for delivery, Juniper Honey will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so by contacting customer service at support@juniperhoney.com and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We can ship items to your P.O. box.

Can items be shipped internationally?

Juniper Honey offers international shipping on all items.

Orders & Returns

What is Juniper Honey’s return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it with your proof of purchase within 10 days for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Contact Juniper Honey at support@juniperhoney.com and a support rep will be in contact with you as soon as possible. The support representative will ask for your e-receipt and will then send you a shipping label to print at home. Customers can then ship their item to the return address and await a new item/refund.

How do I receive a refund?

Contact Juniper Honey at support@juniperhoney.com and a support rep will be in contact with you as soon as possible. The support representative will ask for your e-receipt and will then send you a shipping label to return the item. Once received, we will send a refund for the item. Please allow for 5 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you have placed an order and would like to change or cancel it, simply contact support@juniperhoney.com and we will help you amend or cancel your order. Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have departed the supplier facility.

Purchasing

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We will let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on back order or no longer available. If the item is on back order, we will do our best to provide you a date when it will be available for shipment. If an item becomes permanently out of stock after you’ve made your purchase, we’ll notify you by email.

How can I check the status of an order placed online?

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we’ll notify you once your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a delivery tracking number so that you can track your package. Alternatively, if you have an account with Juniper Honey, you can track the status of your order from your account dashboard.

Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchasing later?

Yes, customers can use the heart icon on images to like an item and save it to their wishlist for purchasing at a later date. Users must have an account, and will be able to view their wishlist from the “My Account” menu.

Security

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Yes, all steps for the online ordering process that requests credit card information employs a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL makes information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it. We encourage that all customers to take advantage of our most secure payment methods and make payment through PayPal or Stripe.

What is the credit card verification number?

The verification number is the 3-digits (Visa & MasterCard) that are printed on the back of your credit card beside the signature panel. For American Express, the card verification number is the four digits located on the front of your card.

How can I submit a rating and review for a product?

We would like to thank you for taking the time to review products that you have purchased from Juniper Honey. In order to leave a review, please visit the item page on juniperhoney.com, and navigate to “Reviews”. From there, you can add your review. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can post reviews from your dashboard.

When my review appear on the web?

It may take 5-10 business days before a review is approved by a site administrator. We reserve the rights to withhold review that include:

  • Obscenity
  • Discriminatory language or wording inappropriate to a public form
  • Advertisements
  • Spam content or reference to other online sites, offers or products
  • Contact information, including email addresses, URL’s, phone numbers or addresses
  • Comments that are critical of other posted review or their authors
